Providing the service and managing the subscription (contract); account security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest); service communications (contract); promotional communications only with consent.
4. Providers
Stripe for payments, email providerto be completed for service emails, hosting providerto be completed for infrastructure, and a third-party language-model provider used to draft the desk commentary, which receives aggregate market state and no customer data. A data processing agreement is in place with each of them.
5. Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for 30 days after closure; invoices for the period required by tax law.
