This list, the dot in the footer and the status line in Support all read the same source. When monitoring is connected, every reading will carry the time it was taken, and nothing here will report a state that was not measured.
Seven services, which is not the same list as the seven layers. Market data and options data are measured separately, because they can fail separately, and Market Intelligence is built from the others rather than fed on its own.
