Volwick is a market analysis terminal provided by company nameto be completed, registered officeto be completed, VAT numberto be completed. It provides data, visualizations and reads of the market context. It does not provide financial advice, does not manage money and does not execute trades on the user’s behalf.
2. Account
Access requires a personal account with a verified email. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account. Account sharing is not allowed.
3. Subscription and price
Access to Volwick costs $89 per month with automatic monthly renewal, or $854.40 per year with automatic yearly renewal. Payment is handled by Stripe. The price includes every tool available in the terminal and every supported market; there are no higher tiers.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Users can cancel renewal at any time from their account area. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. There is no commitment beyond that period. Payments are not refunded: cancelling stops the next renewal, and it does not return the amount charged for the period already paid for, in whole or in part. Unused days are not reimbursed. This applies to the monthly subscription and to the yearly subscription alike.
5. Market data
Data comes from third-party sources and may be subject to delays, interruptions or errors. Volwick does not guarantee the continuity or accuracy of the data and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown.
6. Permitted use
Copying, redistributing or reselling the terminal’s data and reads is prohibited, as is accessing the service through unauthorized automated means.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Volwick is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service. Trading options and futures involves a substantial risk of loss.
8. Changes and governing law
Changes to these Terms are communicated by email with advance notice. Governing law and jurisdiction: to be defined.
